Do I get a tracking number?

We will send tracking details to you once the order is despatched.

How long does it take to deliver the product?

Once the order is received, it will take 2-3 working days to process the order. After we despatch the order, it will take 4-7 days to deliver the package depending on the courier services. Please find the estimated date of delivery of the courier services.

DTDC Courier (4-6 working days)

Delhivery Courier (3-5 working days)

India Post Register Parcel : (7-10 working days) after the despatch of the order 

 

Kindly note that our despatch section remains close on Saturday ( after 12.00 noon ), Sunday and other national and Math holidays.

There might be a delay in shipment of the orders which are placed especially during those holidays.

Order placed after 16.30 IST, will be processed in the next working day.

How much do you charge for Shipping?

The shipping charges are computed based on 

 (i) Your choice of shipping carrier (Shiprocket Courier, Delhivery Courier, India Post Express)

(ii) Packing Costs

 (iii) Combined Product weight 

 (iv) Location within India

Once you add the photos to cart, shipping will be automatically computed and presented to you on the payment page.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

If you’re unable to locate an item in your package, please email to [email protected] within 2 days of receiving the order. We will correspond with you to sort out the issue.

The Ashrama is not liable for any loss of items during transit.

What should I do if an item is defective?

If you received defective photo from us, please email to [email protected] 

with a snap shot of the product and a close-up of the defect [2 photos in total] within 2 days of receiving the order.

Advaita Ashrama offers a one-time free replacement in such a scenario. The Ashrama is not liable for any damage caused during transit.

How do I place an order for Store Pick Up?
  1. You can select the items, and during checkout, you will be shown the options for physical store pickup along with courier options. Please select the physical store pickup options and proceed for the payment.
  2. Make your payment online.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email on successful order placement.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email when your items are ready for pickup.
  5. Once you receive the confirmation message, you can pick up your photos at

How much does this service cost?

There are no additional charges for this service, on the contrary, it is absolutely free.

How do I know if my order is ready in the store for collection?

We will notify you via email once your products are ready for pick up. Please bring your order invoice either hard copy or soft copy on your mobile while collecting the package.

Can someone else collect the order on my behalf?

Yes. As a proof of your order, the order invoice needs to be brought, after the order verification you will receive the package.

What do I need to bring to the store to pick up my order?

After you receive your “Ready for pickup” email, you’ll need to bring that email to the store. You will not be able to pick up your order at the store until you have received your “Ready for pickup” email.

What if I already placed my order but now I want to get it shipped instead?

You will need to cancel your order and place a new one to be shipped. Same thing will be applicable if you placed an order to be shipped and now want to pick up instead.

How long will it take to get back my money?

Once we refund the payment, it may take up to 5-10 business days for the credit to reflect in your account. Actual time taken for refund depends on your payment cycle with your bank.

How can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel the order, drop us a message to [email protected] within 24 hours of placing the order. The money will be refunded to your account. Refunds will not be considered once the order is packed or shipped.
